Beata Kruczek joined Alexander Mann Solutions in February 2006. She is a Support Manager responsible for a team of 60 people with the primarily focus on interview scheduling, helpdesk, offer and onboarding as well as recruitment coordination activities. The team supports various clients across different locations such as Switzerland, EMEA and mostly the UK. Beata’s role is to ensure that the team provide high level service and that they build and maintain strong working relationships between all stakeholders. Previously to working for AMS, Beata spent 3 years working as a French translator and HR specialist for an international company. She speaks 3 languages: English, French and Italian. Beata holds a Master’s degree in French Literature, as well as post-graduate studies in Management Psychology.
